3D NAND Flash optimization technology

3D NAND industrial applications are currently focused on 64-layer architectures, and the role played by these devices in the industrial vertical application market will also become increasingly important. Taking into account performance, durability and cost considerations, Apacer developed a similar process to SLC-lite for 3D NAND drives. The two new forms of this technology are called SLC-liteX and MLC-liteX. Apacer SLC-liteX and MLC-liteX products are based on 3D NAND architecture, but their reliability are improved by customized firmware.
